Job summary

Prima is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Claims Team in Spain. You will become the bridge between raw data and operational excellence, owning claims insights to optimize the customer experience.

You will lead ETL processes, design Tableau dashboards, and collaborate with Pricing, Product and Engineering to align claims performance with growth strategy. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data manipulation and extraction using SQL (MySQL, Redshift, or PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with building and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• 4-5 years of experience in data analysis in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of creating advanced models and dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration).
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for the Claims team, interpreting data and delivering actionable insights.
• Lead on ETL processes, building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines for robust datasets.
• Design high-impact Tableau dashboards to tell clear, decision-ready stories.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Product, and Engineering for a 360-degree view of the business.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting to free up time for strategic work.
