Prima is seeking a Software Engineer - Machine Learning to join our Claims ML team in Madrid. You’ll design and deploy ML models, analyze data, and deliver insights that improve claims processing and customer experience.

You’ll work with Python (Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch or TensorFlow), Postgres, and modern ML tools in a cloud-based setup. Hybrid work options are available, plus international collaboration as we scale across Europe.

Formación

• Strong Python development with data analytics and ML workflows.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face and GenAI.
• Proficient with PostgreSQL and ML model deployment in cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage ML and data analytics to identify risks and opportunities in our claims management platform.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to support the claims management lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into intelligence and action.
