Data Analyst

Your role and work environment :

We seek a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our Human Connection Strategy Team within the Human Connection tribe.

If you are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and enjoy collaborating directly with stakeholders to influence strategic decisions, this role is ideal for you.

We desire someone who, besides being technically skilled, can translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations, communicate effectively with non-technical audiences, and contribute to key organizational initiatives.

Your key responsibilities :

1. Translate data into insights that inform strategic and operational decisions across the business.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, co-create analytical approaches, and present results to drive action.
3. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and data-driven narratives for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
4. Bridge the gap between data and business, ensuring insights are understandable and actionable.
5. Work with other teams in an international, agile environment, ensuring alignment and consistent communication.

For us, a Data Analyst is someone who:

Knows about :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Engineering, or similar.
• 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); Python or R is a plus but not essential.
• Experience in data storytelling and creating business presentations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Understanding of business strategy and KPIs to connect data insights with tangible outcomes.

Can :

• Communicate complex data insights clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities where data can add value and influence decisions.

Loves to :

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, contributing to technical and strategic discussions.
