Position: DIGITAL ANALYST
As a Digital Analyst on our team, I play a key role in delivering impact by digitizing the travel experience for our clients. I provide clear insights to our Feature Teams and guide them towards optimal solutions based on real-world data, helping develop the next era of digitally enhanced travel.
What I’ll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain data collection architecture, reports, metrics, and analyses for various teams.
- Collect and analyze diverse data sets to identify patterns and trends, driving digital acceleration and enhancing customer experience.
- Utilize big data and business intelligence technologies to inform key business decisions and elevate projects.
- Build dashboards and reports to make analysis results accessible based on business needs.
- Work closely with business and management teams to assess needs.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for improvement and adaptation.
- Troubleshoot data pipeline, database, and reporting errors.
- Present, negotiate, and discuss findings constructively with business and management partners, keeping business needs in mind.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality solutions efficiently.
- Operate in an international, diverse team environment.
What I’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) scope: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Siebel, Salesforce.
- Knowledge of data analytics concepts and implementation.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
- Experience with reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Ability to analyze large datasets to enable decision-making by product and sales teams.
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams.
- Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and methodologies like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, R, Scala) and Apache Spark is a plus.
- Ambition to master unstructured and large datasets.
- Willingness to expand skills and comfort zone.
- Excellent command of English.
