At ING, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our Conversion and Underwriting Team of the Home & Protection Tribe.

Your Role And Work Environment

You are a true business data analytics expert capable of working closely with stakeholders across Mortgages Process to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction by offering a simple and transparent mortgage process with ING.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support analytical needs through descriptive analysis and diagnosis, generating insights and recommendations for better decision-making and improved commercial results.
• Analyze product trends to increase sales conversion and reduce attrition.
• Assist and advise the business on reporting and analytical needs, communicating main findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in our Data Fluency Program.

What are we looking for?

We value candidates with:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or related analytical fields.
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Excel; knowledge of R or Python is a plus.
• 3-4 years of experience in data transformation and analysis for business insights.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to think creatively and implement solutions practically.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Organizational skills and structured working approach.
• Fluent English is appreciated.

Additional Valued Skills

• Knowledge of reporting tools like Microstrategy and statistical modeling.
• Experience with data visualization in PowerPoint.
