About the role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s passionate about turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. If you love understanding business challenges, building dashboards, and automating data processes to empower decision-making across teams—this might be your next role.

Responsibilities

1. Deeply understand our business, products, and processes through data
2. Create and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and visualize insights
3. Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings with clarity and impact
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Design, and Marketing to support their data needs
5. Design scripts and tools to automate and streamline data extraction using Python, SQL, and APIs

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics)
2. At least 2 years of experience working as a Data Analyst
3. Strong experience (2+ years) with SQL, BigQuery, and Dataflow
4. Hands-on experience (2+ years) with HubSpot and Amplitude
5. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
6. Fluency in English and Spanish
7. Nice to have: Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
