Your role at Cheil: Data Analyst
What we are looking for?
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-driven Senior Data Analyst to join our Performance team at Cheil Spain. This role will be crucial in unlocking insights from web and CRM data to enhance user experiences, increase conversions, and inform strategic decisions for Samsung Spain and Portugal.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Adobe Analytics and GA4, with a solid understanding of user behavior analysis, segmentation, and digital marketing KPIs. Bonus if you're familiar with SQL, Python, BigQuery, and Qlik.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support CRM and performance initiatives through audience segmentation, behavior analysis, and campaign performance reporting.
- Evaluate campaigns, promotions, marketing channels attribution, the funnel, and more to understand the customer journey, providing insights with clear business recommendations.
- Analyze user journeys and web behavior through Adobe Analytics and GA4 to identify performance trends, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities.
- Create dashboards and reports using tools such as Adobe Workspace, Looker Studio, or Power BI to track performance and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with UX, CRO, Paid Media, and CRM teams to align data strategies and contribute actionable insights.
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for digital marketing initiatives and validate technical tracking implementations (with support from GTM specialists if needed).
- Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports for ongoing and campaign activities, including funnel analysis, attribution, and ecommerce performance.
- Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, linking data findings to business objectives.
- Monitor data quality, track implementation, and propose process improvements to enhance data-driven decisions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 4+ years in a Digital Data Analyst role, ideally within an agency or ecommerce environment.
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4.
- Ability to extract, visualize, and present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience building dashboards and reports using Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns, ecommerce KPIs, and data validation.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills in PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a strategic mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, BigQuery, and Python for data querying and automation.
- Knowledge of website tagging and event tracking via Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of Adobe Audience Manager or other CDP tools.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRO/UX concepts.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and marketing attribution models.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Languages:
- C1 level of English required, with advanced writing skills and effective communication with international teams and external partners.
