Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our Human Connection Strategy Team of Human Connection tribe.

If you are passionate about turning data into actionable insights and enjoy working directly with stakeholders to influence strategic decisions, this role is for you.

We are seeking someone who, in addition to being technically proficient, can translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations, communicate effectively with non-technical audiences, and contribute to driving key initiatives within the organization.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst you will:

• Translate data into insights that inform strategic and operational decisions across the business.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, co-create analytical approaches, and present results in a way that drives action.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and data-driven narratives for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Bridge the gap between data and business, ensuring insights are understandable and actionable.
• Collaborate with other teams in an international and agile environment, ensuring alignment and consistent communication.

For us, a Data Analyst is someone who:

Knows about:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Engineering, or similar.
• 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, consulting, or related roles.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); Python or R is a plus but not essential.
• Strong experience in data storytelling and creating business presentations.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Understanding of business strategy and KPIs to connect data insights with tangible business outcomes.

Can:

• Communicate complex data insights clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities where data can add value and influence key decisions.

Loves to:

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, contributing to both technical and strategic conversations.
• Present and defend your ideas with confidence and openness to feedback.

Defines himself/herself as a:

• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible, dynamic, and eager to work in fast-paced changing environments.
