Role Overview : Senior Data Analyst

The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for building robust analytical platforms to support data-driven initiatives across the company. Key responsibilities include ensuring the technical integrity of our data model, managing our Looker instance, and collaborating with analytics engineers. You will define and maintain the company's data model and ensure its scalability.

• Use Looker to build and maintain dashboards that measure business performance and generate insights.
• Ensure the integrity of our data model by developing and maintaining Looker explores and reports.
• Manage our Looker instance for optimal performance and scalability.
• Design and implement scalable Looker data models for efficient data analysis.
• Review and ensure the quality of code from peers, focusing on data integrity and best practices.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality data foundations.
• Work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Operations, Data Platform, and Salesforce Engineering.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to business stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst.
• High proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to design scalable Looker data models.
• Experience working in Agile environments, preferably with Jira.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong quantitative reasoning skills and experience providing insights to leadership.
• Experience with dbt modeling.
• Experience with data analysis and building data pipelines using Python.
