The IT company Andersen is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join its team for a project with a German client.

The client is a global leader in high-tech facilities, specializing in controlled environments for industries such as semiconductors, life sciences, chemicals, and data centers. The company has expanded significantly worldwide, especially in Europe and the USA, with strong growth in sales and orders.

The project involves developing a web-based application from scratch for manpower forecasting, project and resource management, budgeting, and reporting to track resource utilization and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities :

  • Gathering requirements related to data quality and defining relevant DQ metrics.
  • Listing all data sources and assets, including databases and data stores.
  • Identifying data entities, formats, keys, indexes, storage locations, and attributes.
  • Documenting stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
  • Describing data load structures, schemas, and formats from various integration points (APIs, DB links, files).
  • Mapping data flows and understanding the semantic data model.
  • Reengineering scope for OLTP entities, including database modifications.
  • Reviewing data for sensitive information and PII tagging.
  • Identifying GDPR-related data and classifying data entities (Master, Transactional, Reference).
  • Documenting data usage, categorization (Static, Slowly Changed, Frequently Changed), and change rates.
  • Planning data migration from OLTP to OLAP, including mapping and transformation rules.

Must-have qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Experience working on a project from inception.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
  • English proficiency level of Intermediate+ or higher.
