Zurich Global Employee Benefits Solutions (ZGEBS) is a business unit within Zurich Insurance Group, supporting multinational customers in structuring global employee benefits solutions for local and international employees across multiple countries. ZGEBS manages captive, pooling, and International Program (ZIPE) solutions that combine local insurance policies from Zurich or external partners into reinsurance arrangements for multinational clients. These cover risks such as death, disability, accident, and medical expenses.

The Data Analyst collaborates with Sales, Underwriting, and Finance to deliver key services, including portfolio analysis and performance reporting.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced international environment, analytical thinking skills, and a commitment to service excellence and teamwork.

Your role

As a Data Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing relationships with Network Partners and Customers
  • Producing professional data analytics and reports for Customers and Network Partners
  • Streamlining processes and data analysis to ensure high standards of delivery
  • Monitoring metrics to proactively ensure customer satisfaction
  • Establishing best practices to optimize service delivery
  • Ensuring timely financial and accounting closings
  • Collaborating with teams and Subject Matter Experts to improve data sources and reports

Your Skills and Experience

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A university degree in a numerical or analytical field (Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Math, Statistics)
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
  • Strong data management skills (collection, analysis, distribution)
  • Ability to work with large datasets across segments and support decision-making
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python/R, and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and relationship skills
