A leading company seeks a Data Analyst to join their Data Science & Analytics team in Barcelona. The role focuses on delivering insights through data analysis, reporting, and developing visualizations. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong analytical skills and a background in quantitative fields.
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our Data Science & Analytics team in delivering highquality insights through data exploration analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate is a selfstarter comfortable working with large datasets automating processes and supporting internal stakeholders with datadriven recommendations.
Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights ensuring quality and reliability of results.
Respond to ad hoc clientspecific requests including performing analyses data manipulation and producing summary results.
Generate reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders to support decision making
Support campaign performance analysis and contribute to benchmark development and optimization.
Design scripts and tools to automate and streamline data extraction processes using Python SQL and APIs.
Develop interactive dashboards and reporting tools (such as Power BI Tableau Streamlit) to provide a clear overview of key metrics and insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data collection processes.
Qualifications : Required :
Masters degree or Bachelors in a quantitative field (e.g. Data Analytics Statistics Mathematics or a related discipline).
12 year(s) of experience in a data analysis role preferably in market research or advertising analytics.
Proficiency in Python (especially pandas and NumPy) for data manipulation.
Strong experience with MS Excel for analysis and reporting.
Experience working with large datasets and performing complex data transformations.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data validation and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with internal teams and customers.
Selfstarter with ability to work independently.
Additional Information :
Nice to Have :
Experience in media measurement analytics.
Ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
Familiarity with Streamlit Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding.
Understanding of Databricks or similar cloudbased analytics platforms.
