Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia en análisis de datos o inteligencia empresarial.
• Dominio de SQL, Python o R para manipular y analizar datos.

We’re looking for a data-driven, impact-focused analyst to unlock insights that will fuel Honest Greens' expansion and growth. While the initial focus will be on setting up key reporting for external stakeholders, this role will quickly evolve into driving high-impact analytics that shape our business.

You'll work cross-functionally with teams—predominantly digital and finance—using advanced analytics to optimize business performance, drive customer engagement, and improve efficiency. Whether it's forecasting trends, refining restaurant operations, or identifying new opportunities, your work will directly impact how we scale.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate data from multiple platforms to create clear, actionable reports for external stakeholders in our BI platform AWS QuickSight.
• Develop automated cost allocation metrics for daily or weekly reporting.
• Design and maintain data dashboards in QuickSight, reports, and visualizations that bring clarity to complex business challenges.
• Analyze customer behavior, restaurant performance, and operational efficiencies to drive decision-making.
• Work with leadership to define key business metrics and develop predictive models for growth.
• Partner with digital, finance, and marketing teams to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to uncover new business opportunities and improve profitability.
• Help build and refine forecasting models for restaurant openings, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategy role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R to manipulate and analyze data.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight).
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data visualization.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive real impact.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a bias for action—you don’t just analyze data; you make things happen.
• Experience in F&B, retail, or tech-driven environments is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish (other languages are a bonus).
• Experience with Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
