You will shape the platform roadmap, translate complex business needs into practical data products, and partner with diverse teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled capabilities that power consumer products and experiences.

Job title: Data+AI Platform Lead - Customer & Consumer

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the Customer & Consumer Data & AI platform roadmap, translating business and research needs into clear product priorities
• Partner with Product Owners, Data & AI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reusable data products and AI-enabled capabilities
• Drive delivery excellence, prioritization, and success measures across squads supporting the Customer & Consumer delivery pipeline
• Strengthen data quality, governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices in line with company standards
• Drive adoption through effective ways of working, clear communication, and practical support for users
• Track outcomes such as faster insight generation, improved decision quality, increased reuse, and enhanced reproducibility

You bring
