DSM-Firmenich is seeking a Data+AI Platform Lead for Customer & Consumer teams in Barcelona. You will head the platform roadmap, translate needs into data products, and collaborate with Product Owners, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reusable capabilities.

• 6+ years of experience in product management, data platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience translating business, product, or research needs into data product roadmaps and delivery priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align technical teams with business goals.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.

• Lead the Customer & Consumer Data & AI platform roadmap and set clear product priorities.
• Partner with Product Owners, Data & AI teams, and stakeholders to deliver reusable data products and AI capabilities.
• Drive delivery excellence, prioritization, and success metrics across squads in the delivery pipeline.
• Strengthen data quality, governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Drive adoption through effective ways of working, clear communication, and practical user support.
