Sage is offering a Data & AI Graduate Programme in Barcelona, focused on AI, data engineering, and responsible innovation. You’ll rotate across teams like Data Hub, work with Snowflake, AWS, Kafka, Flink, Iceberg, Spark and DBT, and build robust data pipelines for real-time and batch processing.

You will gain practical experience shaping AI solutions, governance, and scalable engineering practices, with structured learning, mentors, and a global network.

Qualifications

• Degree with analytical/technical focus in CS/DS/Math or related field.
• Strong interest in AI, data engineering, and responsible tech.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python or TypeScript; cloud platforms (ideally AWS).

Responsabilités

• Help build robust, scalable data pipelines for real-time and batch processing.
• Support data products providing curated datasets for analytics, ML, and AI use cases.
• Contribute to predictive analytics, recommendations, anomaly detection, and automation.
• Learn feature stores, model training pipelines, and data governance for scalable AI/ML.
• Assist in improving data quality, definitions, and trust across the organisation.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues to frame problems and report progress.
