Position: Data & AI Architect

You will be responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders, designing the architecture of solutions, managing data pipelines, and supporting the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions.

1. Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
3. Manage and optimize data architectures to support AI and machine learning workflows.
4. Analyze and optimize the performance of data pipelines.
5. Propose and develop reporting solutions based on business needs.
6. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with standards and regulations.

Tech Stack

Data Platform: Azure Fabric. Data management tools: Pyspark, SQL. Programming: Python. Cloud tools: Azure Devops, Azure Data Factory, Blob Storage, Azure Key Vault. Reporting: Power BI. Others: Git, Terraform.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• At least 12 months experience in Big Data Environments.
• Experience designing data and software architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Pyspark.
• Familiarity with platforms like Databricks or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience in cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Understanding of data storage, governance, quality, and security.

Core Competences

• Knowledge of modern big data architectures and pipelines for AI.
• Experience designing scalable data models and optimizing pipelines.
• Understanding of Machine Learning and MLOps practices.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.

Location

Flexible: Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, or Norway, depending on residence and availability.
