Next Job Abroad is seeking Danish-speaking Travel Support Specialists to join their international travel assistance team in Torrevieja, Spain. In this role, you will provide support to Nordic travellers during their trips, assisting with travel-related issues including medical care and logistical arrangements. This position offers valuable international work experience in a vibrant environment with a relocation package to Spain. Candidates should be fluent in Danish and English and comfortable working shifts.

Formación

• Fluent in Danish and English, strong communication skills required.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in shift rotations (day, evening, night).
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support travellers worldwide via phone and email.
• Handle cases related to illness, accidents, or travel issues.
• Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines, and partners.
• Arrange flights, accommodations, or medical assistance when needed.
• Manage cases in internal systems.

In this role, you’ll support Nordic travellers around the world when unexpected situations happen during their trips, helping coordinate medical care, travel arrangements and practical support.

It’s a dynamic and meaningful role where you help people while building valuable international work experience.

You’ll Do

• Support travellers worldwide via phone and email
• Handle cases related to illness, accidents or travel issues
• Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines and partners
• Arrange flights, accommodation or medical assistance when needed
• Manage cases in internal systems

The assistance centre operates 24/7, so the role includes day, evening and night shifts.
