Position Overview :

As a Danish-Speaking Sales Consultant, you will be essential in expanding our client base and driving sales for our digital marketing services. You will connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions to enhance their business growth. This hybrid role allows for a balance of working both on-site in our Barcelona office and remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Client Engagement :
    Reach out to potential clients via various channels (phone, email, social media) to present our digital marketing services.
    Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and challenges.
    Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Sales Process Management :
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
    Provide clients with customized proposals and quotations.
    Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  3. Market Research and Analysis :
    Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    Analyze sales data and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
  4. Collaboration and Communication :
    Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.
    Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes.
    Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.

Qualifications :

  1. Fluent in Danish (both written and spoken).
  2. Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Sales experience is preferred but not required.
  6. Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
