The Lemon Consulting is seeking a Danish speaking Onboarding Account Manager. The role involves navigating the market, onboarding and engaging with companies with high potential in a tech-focused environment. Responsibilities include building strong relationships, driving product adoption, minimizing churn, and identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for digital marketing.
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
- Understand customer objectives and offer tailored solutions.
- Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate impact and long-term sustainability.
- Increase spend and upsell campaigns.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
- Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls.
Requirements
- BA / BS degree (MA / MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
- Language Skills: C2 level Danish and C1 level English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- 20 months of experience in sales and / or marketing, especially in client-facing roles.
- Able to work independently and meet goals.
- Familiar with managing customer data and CRM tools.
- Use AI tools to support daily tasks and outreach strategies.
- Effective communication skills.
