We're hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Multilingual Services team in Malaga, Spain.

You’ll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Compensation: 24863.57 + 1800 Bonus.

Start date: 24/Aug/26.

Day to day, you’ll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We’re looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Danish and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.

The role comes with a proper onboarding programme, regular coaching sessions, and genuine room to develop your career within the company.
