  1. Assist customers with installations and new settings of their payment terminals.
  2. Troubleshoot reported issues.

Requirements:

  1. Speak Danish (C2 level) and have a good command of English; other languages are a plus.
  2. Call centre experience is advantageous but not required.
  3. Basic computer skills are necessary.
  4. Ability to follow procedures around sensitive data.
  5. Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours, including shifts in the evenings and on weekends.
