As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to customers, addressing both technical and administrative inquiries through telephone, chat, and email. This includes assisting customers with installations and configuring their terminals or online payment solutions, troubleshooting reported issues and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Profile

  • Fluent in Danish (Level C2)
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Experience in a call centre

Daily tasks

  • Blocking lost / stolen credit and debit cards
  • You will handle inquiries from credit card holders and ensure the security and protection of credit card information
  • Identity verification, answering questions and explaining any steps are among your core duties
  • Checking temporarily blocked cards for transactions and permanently blocking or unblocking the credit card
  • Paid training
  • Free Spanish lessons (once a week)
