A leading B2B SaaS company seeks a dynamic individual to join their DACH sales team in Barcelona. The role involves managing the complete outbound sales process while enjoying competitive compensation and opportunities for growth. Candidates should speak German at a native level and have prior sales experience, especially in B2B SaaS.
Our B2B SaaS client has around 300 FTE and is working in the travel software industry. They look for native-level German speakers to join their Barcelona-based DACH sales team, covering the markets Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Requirements & RoleYou will be responsible for the full outbound sales cycle (from prospecting to closing)You will be supported by SDRs / BDRs who also schedule opportunities for youYou earn a competitive OTE + get equity in the company + development / promotion opportunities in the companyStart date : ASAPHybrid work mode possible (e.g. 3 days in office & 2 days remote)Weekend starts on Fridays at 3pm
Qualifications1+ year in Sales (preferably B2B SaaS & closing experience)Languages : Native level German + conversational English100% drive & motivation
