A staffing and recruiting company is seeking a D365 F&SCM Functional Consultant who is fluent in Spanish. This role, which can be performed remotely, focuses on financial operations, compliance, and enhancing financial systems. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong accounting background preferred.

Formación

  • 5+ years managing finance, accounting, and business operations.
  • CPA certification preferred, strong technical accounting background (US GAAP).
  • Experience in life sciences sector is advantageous.

Job Overview

This position requires a strategic, self-directed individual with a proven track record in finance, accounting, and multi-disciplinary business operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring month-end closings align with the company's calendar.
  • Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice drafting, and audits.
  • Driving Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance program.
  • Implementing and improving financial systems and processes.
  • Facilitating onboarding / offboarding and managing local employee benefits.
  • Providing administrative support for European sales and overseeing logistics.
  • Supporting growth and commercialization in European markets.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration, system rollouts, and process improvements.

Qualifications

Include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years managing finance, accounting, and business operations. Preferred candidates will have CPA certification, strong technical accounting background (US GAAP), experience in life sciences, ERP and CRM proficiency, and fluency in Spanish and English.
