Job Title : D365 F&O Developer (Spanish Speaking)

We are a European-based Microsoft Gold Partner and consultancy delivering innovative Dynamics 365 solutions across Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, and CRM. With a growing client base in Spanish-speaking markets, we are looking for a talented D365 F&O Developer to support new and ongoing ERP projects remotely.

Position Overview

As a D365 F&O Developer , you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (formerly AX) solutions. You will work within cross-functional delivery teams to create high-quality technical solutions that align with customer requirements and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O , with a focus on performance, scalability, and clean code.

Develop integrations with external systems using Data Entities , OData , and Azure services.

Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Customize reports, forms, and workflows using X++ , SSRS , and other Dynamics tools.

Support system upgrades, data migration, and performance tuning.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across dev / test / prod environments.

Provide technical documentation and handover to support teams.

Work in Spanish with clients and internal teams, with regular updates in English .

Required Skills & Experience

3–5+ years of experience developing with Dynamics AX 2012 and / or D365 Finance & Operations .

Strong command of X++ , Visual Studio , and D365 development frameworks.

Experience with Data Entities , batch jobs, REST APIs, and Azure integrations.

Solid understanding of at least one functional area (Finance, SCM, or Retail).

Fluent in Spanish , with solid English communication skills.

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, B2B consulting model.

Authorized to work as a freelancer or independent contractor in Europe.
