We are looking for a D2C Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer (D2C) ecommerce operations, ensuring seamless user experience, strong sales performance, and data-backed decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, IT, and logistics teams to optimize website performance, manage promotions, and enhance conversion rates.
A proactive and analytical e-commerce professional with strong experience in managing Shopify and WordPress (WooCommerce) platforms. Solid understanding of product catalog management, stock control, pricing strategies, and digital sales. A strong grasp of SEO optimization, website performance improvement, and CRO strategies to enhance online sales.
The candidate should be comfortable working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Power BI, and pricing analysis tools such as NetRivals. Basic technical skills such as HTML/CSS knowledge, API integrations, and workflow automation. While direct management of marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Omnisend) is not required, understanding their functionality is a plus. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
