CBTalents is hiring a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join our international sales team in Madrid. You will manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription close, focusing on the Czech market and coordinating with the Customer Experience team.

The role requires native Czech and English, residence in Spain, 1–6 years in outbound sales, and comfort with high-volume calling. Expect a permanent contract, onboarding training, 22 days of annual leave, and a hybrid work model after

Location & Work Model

Madrid, Spain

The first four weeks are fully on-site for onboarding and training. Afterwards, the role follows a hybrid working model, with approximately one day per month in the Madrid office.
