Welocalize, Inc. seeks a seasoned translator/editor to manage translation and copy-editing tasks for assigned projects. You will maintain glossaries and style guides, ensure high-quality linguistic deliverables, and support project teams and clients on language matters.

Requirements include 4+ years in translation/localization, 2+ years of review experience, native Czech, and fluent English. Proactive communication and ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Formación

• University degree in Translation, Applied Languages, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in translation, localization, editing, or content writing.
• 2+ years of review experience.
• Native fluency in Czech; fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Understanding of the localization process; ability to learn new localization tools quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Perform copy-edit tasks on assigned projects or accounts.
• Perform on-demand translation tasks.
• Lead support on assigned projects or accounts.
• Manage language materials (glossaries, style guides, work instructions) and keep them up to date.
• Manage project-related queries and resolve terminology/language questions.
