You Are :

A dynamic Cybersecurity Presales Solution Architect looking for a growth opportunity.

The Opportunity :

We're on the hunt for a Presales Solution Architect (Spain & LATAM) to shape our solutions and service definitions. You will work closely with the global sales team & service leaders to personalize service offerings to meet customer requirements and address complex cybersecurity challenges.

You will also drive CyberProof’s response to solution requests, including RFPs / RFIs, by understanding customer requirements and technical specifications.

Additionally, you will collaborate with CyberProof’s partner ecosystem (Google / Microsoft) to provide technologies and innovative service capabilities to enhance customers' Cyber Defence functions.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical guidance in security solutions development.
• Work with Service Owners & product development teams to define and shape CyberProof’s services.
• Drive service definitions & positioning in collaboration with marketing, senior team members, and executives.
• Support cybersecurity solution development initiatives and help establish customer studies, whitepapers, and service solution documents.
• Review and assess new technology partnerships for integration into service offerings.
• Review technical requirements of RFPs / RFIs / RFQs and liaise with stakeholders to develop responses.
• Design and document security solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging industry expertise.
• Plan and manage RFP / RFI responses, present solutions and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with partners for responses, solutions, and pricing options.
• Draft SOWs, baseline Security Architectures, and detailed solution design documents.
• Work with Service Delivery during onboarding and provide knowledge transfer on technical solutions and specifications.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience from cybersecurity companies, global systems integrators, or managed service providers.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity solution architecture and domain expertise, including SOC, SIEM, Threat Intelligence / Hunting, Endpoint & Cloud Security.
• Experience partnering with IT and Security executives to develop security strategies and architectures.
• Educational background in computer science, MIS, engineering, or related fields, with certifications like CISSP, CISA / C, CIPP / CIPM / CIPT.
• Fluent in English.

• Proven ability to guide technical discovery and negotiate with C-level executives.
