GMV Viñuelas busca un/a Cybersecurity Manager para liderar iniciativas de seguridad en productos y proyectos, coordinando equipos y proveedores para implementar soluciones seguras y conformes con normativas.

El rol implica trabajar en un entorno híbrido con movilidad nacional e internacional, y colaborar con clientes internos y externos para definir planes de acción ante riesgos y auditorías. Se valorará experiencia en propuestas y licitaciones relacionadas con ciberseguridad.

Formación

• Experiencia liderando o coordinando iniciativas de ciberseguridad en entornos de ingeniería o productos.
• Conocimiento de Security by Design y de integrar seguridad a lo largo del ciclo de vida del desarrollo.
• Experiencia definiendo requisitos de seguridad, análisis de riesgos y revisiones de arquitectura.
• Familiaridad con procesos de cumplimiento, auditoría y acreditación de sistemas.
• Capacidad para colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares y actuar como enlace técnico con clientes.
• Experiencia participando en licitaciones o ofertas que incluyan componentes de ciberseguridad.

Responsabilidades

• Servir como el experto en ciberseguridad para la unidad de negocio, prestando apoyo a equipos, productos, proyectos y clientes.
• Participar en propuestas, ofertas y licitaciones, identificando requisitos de seguridad, definiendo estrategias y estimando necesidades de soporte.
• Impulsar la evolución del producto hacia soluciones más seguras, competitivas y creíbles.
• Integrar criterios de “Security by Design” desde fases iniciales de diseño, arquitectura, desarrollo, validación y entrega.
• Apoyar a los equipos en la definición de requisitos de seguridad, análisis de riesgos, revisiones de arquitectura, gestión de vulnerabilidades y cumplimiento.
• Coordinar actividades con equipos especializados en ciberseguridad para garantizar el soporte técnico y regulatorio necesario.
• Fomentar la reutilización de directrices, patrones, controles y arquitecturas de seguridad en diferentes productos y proyectos.
• Asesorar a clientes internos y externos sobre la identificación de riesgos y definición de planes de acción.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

• Serving as the cybersecurity expert for the business unit, providing support to teams, products, projects, and clients.
• Participating in proposals, bids, and tenders, identifying security requirements, defining strategies, and estimating support needs.
• Driving product evolution toward more secure, competitive, and credible solutions.
• Integrating “Security by Design” criteria from the initial phases of design, architecture, development, validation, and delivery.
• Support teams in defining security requirements, conducting risk analyses, performing architecture reviews, managing vulnerabilities, and managing compliance or accreditation processes.
• Coordinate activities with teams specializing in cybersecurity to ensure the necessary technical and regulatory support.
• Promote the reuse of security guidelines, patterns, controls, and architectures across different products and projects.
• Advise internal and external clients on identifying risks and defining action plans.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

• Experience leading or coordinating cybersecurity initiatives in engineering, product, or technology project environments.
• Knowledge of Security by Design principles and methodologies, and of integrating security throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Experience defining security requirements, conducting risk analyses, performing architecture reviews, and managing vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with compliance, audit, and system accreditation processes.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and serve as a technical liaison with internal and external clients.
• Experience participating in bids, proposals, or tenders involving cybersecurity components.
