GMV is expanding its teams in the space sector to support space surveillance projects. You will join a team that deploys, integrates, and maintains mission-critical space surveillance systems, ensuring secure operation of Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage, PKI, and network services.

The role emphasizes configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of secure deployment procedures, with hybrid work, relocation options, and a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• Experience administering Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL).
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS and GPOs.
• Proven experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Proxmox).
• Storage management in mixed Windows/Linux environments (LVM, RAID, SMB/NFS).
• Networking administration (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, NAT, firewalls).
• PKI, CA and certificate management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide deployment, integration, and maintenance support for space surveillance systems in mission-critical environments.
• Configure and administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and network services.
• Support storage, PKI, and certificate management; ensure secure, reliable operations.
• Assist in system hardening, security compliance, vulnerability mitigation, and accreditation activities.
• Contribute to backup, recovery processes, and troubleshooting of infrastructure issues.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team, you will provide support for the deployment, integration, and maintenance of space surveillance systems in mission-critical environments and infrastructures.

The role involves supporting the configuration and administration of Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, network services, storage, and PKI components, ensuring the secure and reliable operation of the system.

You will also contribute to the deployment of solutions in accredited environments, helping with system hardening, compliance with security requirements, vulnerability mitigation and accreditation activities.

Additional responsibilities include supporting backup and recovery processes, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of secure deployment and operational procedures.
