A cybersecurity startup is seeking an Enterprise Cybersecurity Specialist to lead customer engagements and provide technical leadership throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in related roles, be fluent in Spanish and English, and possess a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and network security. Formación

  • 7+ years in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering or similar role.
  • At least 2 years hands-on experience with Networking and Systems.
  • Deep understanding of network security concepts.

Enterprise Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers across Spain and Portugal.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading customer engagements, introducing cutting-edge technology, and providing technical leadership throughout the sales process.

  • Lead customer engagements : introduction calls, deep-dive technical sessions, and product walk-throughs
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify leads, build strategies, and convert opportunities
  • Deliver product demonstrations (remote and in-person) to highlight both technical and business value
  • Work closely with channel partners to strengthen customer relationships
  • Analyze customer requirements and tailor Pentera's solution to meet their needs
  • Represent Pentera at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across Iberia

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • 7+ years in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Professional Services role, preferably in a cybersecurity startup supporting enterprise accounts
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); Portuguese is strongly preferred
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Networking and Systems (Linux, Windows, Cloud, Docker infrastructure, Active Directory, troubleshooting)
  • Strong foundation in IT infrastructure, including OS (Windows, Linux), Networks, and Active Directory
  • Deep understanding of network security concepts, cybersecurity methodologies, and Microsoft network protocols
  • Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable
  • Exceptional time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities
