We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Awareness Consultant to support our global security awareness initiatives, with a strong emphasis on hands-on operation of the KnowBe4 platform. This individual contributor role will be responsible for the operational execution of cybersecurity training and phishing simulation campaigns across the organization.

This position plays a key role in fostering a strong security culture globally by supporting the deployment of engaging and effective training content, managing user enrollment and follow-up processes, resolving platform-related inquiries, and generating insightful reports to support compliance and performance metrics.

This is a non-managerial, execution-driven role reporting into the Global Cybersecurity Awareness Lead.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the KnowBe4 platform, including the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of training and phishing simulation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate user enrollment data and provide first-line support for training-related tickets and issues.
• Monitor training completion metrics and follow up with employees and managers in case of non-compliance, including escalation procedures.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards using KnowBe4 analytics and export capabilities to track KPIs and support audits.
• Support content curation and localization of awareness material in both English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with HR and other global teams to onboard new hires into relevant cybersecurity training programs.
• Provide recommendations for improving platform usage, campaign effectiveness, and user engagement.

Requirements :

University degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

Professional training or certification in cybersecurity (e.g. CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Foundation, or equivalent) is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in a global or regional role.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating KnowBe4 (including training modules, phishing campaigns, and platform reporting).

Proven ability to manage user-related training operations, including communication, issue resolution, and performance follow-up.

Familiarity with IT security industry standards, best practices and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).

Strong working knowledge of the KnowBe4 platform and its capabilities (Security Awareness Training, Phishing Simulations, Smart Groups, Security Roles, reporting tools).

High attention to detail, operational discipline, and analytical mindset.

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with ability to interface with global users and stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Team-oriented and committed to fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
