Formación

• Ability to manage user training operations and communication.

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Awareness Consultant to support our global security awareness initiatives, focusing on hands-on operation of the KnowBe4 platform. This role involves executing cybersecurity training and phishing simulation campaigns, fostering a strong security culture, managing platform support, and generating reports for compliance and performance metrics. Reporting to the Global Cybersecurity Awareness Lead, this is a non-managerial, execution-driven position.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the KnowBe4 platform, including creating, scheduling, and monitoring campaigns.
• Maintain user enrollment data and provide first-line support for training issues.
• Monitor training completion metrics, follow up with employees and managers, and escalate non-compliance as needed.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs and support audits.
• Support content curation and localization in English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with HR and global teams to onboard new hires into cybersecurity training.
• Provide recommendations to improve platform usage and campaign engagement.

Requirements:

• University degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Foundation) are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, preferably globally or regionally.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating KnowBe4, including training modules, phishing campaigns, and reporting.
• Ability to manage user training operations, communication, issue resolution, and follow-up.
• Familiarity with IT security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
• Strong knowledge of KnowBe4 platform capabilities.
• High attention to detail, operational discipline, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple campaigns.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to cybersecurity awareness.
