The role of a Sales Manager is to spearhead sales activities, identifying new business suspects, prospects, and opportunities, and nurturing them. As a Sales Manager, you will manage maturing leads, support scope and price negotiations culminating in a proposal, and initiate the contract phase to close deals in line with revenue performance expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Spearhead sales activities, identifying new business suspects, prospects, and opportunities, and nurturing them.
- Manage maturing leads, supporting scope and price negotiations culminating in a proposal, and initiating the contract phase to close deals in line with performance expectations.
- Work closely with the regional sales team and the global executive team to identify strategic, long-term, or portfolio-wide opportunities.
- Maintain timely and accurate sales information and tracking through CRM.
- Facilitate follow-up and provide reporting to senior management.
- Travel in support of LEET Security and third-party events, as well as on-site business development efforts domestically and overseas.
- Develop and manage incoming leads and ongoing industry outreach, including educating the industry about offerings and underlying IP.
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Experience and knowledge of the cybersecurity market or cyber-technology-related services in corporate environments, with experience in negotiations with senior/CxO level customer contacts.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales and market development, with success in identifying prospects, building pipelines, and closing consulting agreements.
- Ability to recognize, explore, and scope value services aligned with LEET Security’s focus and offerings.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and expanding profitable customer relationships.
- Knowledge of European/global cybersecurity regulations and standards such as ISO27001, NIST-SP800, IEC62443, EN50600, NIS2, DORA, etc.
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, and/or CISA are beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in technical subjects.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
