We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Cybersecurity Analyst to join our Information Security team. In this role, you will support the organization’s cybersecurity operations across multiple fronts — from day-to-day security monitoring and incident response to driving a strong security culture across the company.

What we’d like you to do
  • Design and deliver company-wide security awareness training programs covering phishing identification, social engineering, and data handling, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Plan and execute simulated phishing campaigns to assess employee awareness levels, tracking metrics and reporting results to management.
  • Work alongside the SOC in the detection, triage, investigation, and resolution of security incidents, supporting alert analysis across SIEM and EDR platforms.
  • Document incident timelines, root cause analyses, and post-incident reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of SOC playbooks and detection rules.
  • Collaborate with the CISO and GRC team to propose, draft, and implement security policies aligned with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or NIS2, and to ensure AI tools align with applicable regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, GDPR) and internal security policies.
  • Support internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities related to applicable regulations, ensuring identified risks are documented and remediated.
  • Evaluate AI tools adopted or developed by the company, proposing security measures and controls to mitigate risks related to data exposure, model misuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Monitor threat intelligence feeds and vulnerability scan results, translating findings into actionable recommendations for IT and security teams.
  • Document security configurations applied across the company’s security systems, ensuring all settings, changes, and hardening measures are accurately recorded and kept up to date.
  • Participate in access control reviews and enforce least-privilege principles, managing security exceptions with proper documentation and periodic review.
  • Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and development teams to integrate security best practices into day-to-day operations, maintaining a shift-left security mindset.
What we’d like you to bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a cybersecurity or IT security role (internships and academic projects are considered).
  • Foundational knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, firewalls, VPNs) and operating systems (MacOS, Windows, Linux).
  • Basic understanding of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls).
  • Familiarity with common attack vectors, including phishing, malware, ransomware, and social engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work methodically under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Perks of joining us

  • We offer a fixed salary according to your worth and experience, plus a performance based bonus.
