The Product Cybersecurity Advisor supports the development of resilient products and systems against cyberattacks. They manage risk and advise R&D teams. Digital Power is seeking a Cybersecurity Advisor to join the Global Cybersecurity Chapter.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as an expert facilitator on secure design, threat modeling, and vulnerability management practices.
2. Serve as a cybersecurity contact for a portfolio of offers.
3. Assist product owners in specifying security requirements, bringing expertise in relevant CS standards and regulations.
4. Identify and communicate cybersecurity risks.
5. Support product teams with security best practices for design, automation, and tool selection.
6. Evaluate threats and vulnerabilities on offers.
7. Lead and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives within the line of business.
8. Innovate with new approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Support cybersecurity certifications for sites, teams, and offers.
10. Build a network of internal and external experts for technical reviews, risk management, and customer engagement.
11. Occasional travel may be required to visit sites, participate in working groups, and engage with customers and partners.

Location and Availability:

• Responsive after hours for urgent topics.
• Available for periodic meetings outside local business hours.

Languages: English and Spanish

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience deploying secure development lifecycle practices in R&D teams.
• Experience leading working groups and facilitating change.
• Familiarity with data privacy concerns.
• Competence in vulnerability management and risk-based decision-making.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences including customers and stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge of PC, cloud, embedded product architecture, protocols, and networking.
• Experience in application and platform development.
• Ability to operate cybersecurity tools.
• Experience with SE microgrid offers (cloud, gateways, embedded).
• Cybersecurity architecture design and review experience.
• CSSLP or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience with SOC-2 / ISO 27001 / IEC-62443 audits.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Microsoft Azure.
