Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer - Pentest Service Owner to lead the enterprise penetration-testing program across diverse environments. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, shaping testing objectives, scopes, and delivery timelines.

Strong communication and English fluency are essential. The role emphasizes cloud security expertise, risk-based prioritization, and continuous service improvement, with opportunities to leverage automation and AI-powered testing

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Cybersecurity, ideally in penetration testing, offensive security, or technical security assurance
• Solid understanding of application, API, cloud, infrastructure, network, and identity security
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Security, Cloud environments, and Cloud Networking
• Translate business risk and technical context into meaningful testing objectives
• Stakeholder-management and service-management skills, coordinating external providers and complex security engagements
• Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English (fluent)
• Technical credibility to challenge scopes, methodologies, estimates, limitations, and proposed tester profiles
• Hands-on experience in penetration testing, Red Team, Security Engineering, or Security Architecture is valuable
• Own and lead the enterprise penetration-testing service as Pentest Service Owner
• Manage the pentest portfolio, connecting business risk, technical assurance, and delivery execution
• Support risk-based prioritization of testing activities and define meaningful testing objectives
• Coordinate stakeholders and external providers, aligning scope, timelines, and expectations
• Challenge and validate scopes, methodologies, and testing approaches for high-quality outcomes
• Ensure the right capabilities and profiles are assigned to each engagement
• Oversee service quality and continuous improvement of the pentest function
• Contribute to the evolution of the service through automation of processes and workflows
• AI-supported testing and emerging offensive-security technologies
