WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Cyber Analyst, your mission will be to support cybersecurity initiatives, participate in defining and executing cyber projects, controls, and routine activities to strengthen defenses against threats.

  1. Review application modules, user lifecycle, recertification processes, exceptions, and approvals in line with group policies.
  2. Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of security controls.
  3. Support audit requests, working with compliance, audit, and risk teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  4. Review evidence and controls to ensure remedial actions are completed.
  5. Coordinate the adoption of cyber frameworks and policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  6. Have knowledge of identity tools like Sailpoint and CyberArk, and familiarity with Azure AD and Active Directory.
  7. Understand network and security devices such as firewalls and IPS.
  8. Identify and address gaps between current and desired IAM states.
  9. Collaborate on role definitions and segregation of duties.
  10. Ensure compliance and support security audits.
  11. Work across units to maintain policy consistency.
  12. Participate in developing and improving methodologies and standards.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required qualifications
  • Experience in cybersecurity within the financial sector.
  • Support and oversight of cyber controls.
  • Knowledge of IT security solutions and frameworks.
  • Understanding of cyber threats from technical and human perspectives.
  • Ability to understand business context and manage uncertainty.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and innovation.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST.
  • Experience analyzing cybersecurity events and incident response.
  • Experience managing cybersecurity controls and data leakage prevention.
Experience
  • At least 5 years in identity management and network security solutions.
  • Experience with SOX controls, Azure & AD management, and ZT environments.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Access control implementation and monitoring.
  • Experience as a compliance analyst or security auditor.
  • Certifications like ISO27001, CISSP are a plus.
