As part of our dedication to excellence, we are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview : As a Remote Receptionist, you will manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to our team—all from the comfort of your home. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between clients and our team of legal advisors. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements :

  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Manage and coordinate the team’s calendar, scheduling client appointments efficiently.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle incoming emails, correspondence, and digital files.
  • Native or Bilingual in English.
  • Autonomo status is required for the role.
  • To reside in Spain or Gibraltar.
  • Possess a laptop and fast-speed internet.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technology efficiency.
  • Adaptable and quick thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Wage & Hours : In this role, you'll enjoy a £17,000 - £18,000 (20.148€- 21.333€) salary. This is a full-time 37 hours per week remote role :

  • Monday - 10-7 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
  • Tuesday - 10-7 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
  • Wednesday - 10-7 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
  • Thursday - 10-7 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
  • Friday - 10 - 3 (with a 1 hour lunch break)
