We are seeking a Cyber & Digital Security - IAM Expert to join our IT Security and Compliance team.

The role

Under the supervision of the IAM Product Manager, the IAM Expert will bring deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), including Privileged Password Management (PPM) and Privileged Session Management (PSM), to mitigate IT security risks across Nestlé Group and ensure protection of information assets in hybrid and cloud environments.

The IAM Expert will guide and promote the optimal use of technology, perform preliminary studies and proof of concepts, and support the delivery and maintenance of complex applications, potentially managing specific deliverables with offshore/support teams.

What you’ll do

• Provide expertise in PAM, PPM, and PSM, including integration with various technologies and influencing design, build, and testing activities.
• Suggest improvements using new technologies and methodologies; translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Develop and review standards, documentation, and methods, ensuring solutions are secure and compliant.
• Conduct peer reviews and provide guidance to product teams and offshore support teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic and technical goals, and assist in resolving complex technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, System Analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of IAM experience, including large PAM implementations.
• Experience with hybrid and complex enterprise environments, including PPM, PSM, PIM, JIT, MFA, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong communication skills in English, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical audiences, and effective under pressure.

Bonus Points if you :

• Have knowledge of AWS and GCP IAM concepts.
• Hold security certifications such as SC300, AZ500, CISSP, CISM, or similar.
