The Role

Responsible for establishing and maintaining physical security solutions to mitigate risks across Nestlé, ensuring asset protection and compliance with regulations. Requires strong technical skills in physical security and IT security, working proactively with IT and business units to implement security policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the global Physical Security team to develop and support security solutions.
• Provide expertise in security technologies and support deployment in business units.
• Contribute to the strategy and development of physical security solutions aligned with best practices and standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies, minimizing risks and audit issues.
• Assess cybersecurity requirements based on business strategies using a risk-based approach.
• Support secure design principles and oversee security policy dissemination and training.
• Monitor emerging technologies for potential enterprise use.
• Maintain and update security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve operational issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in physical security solutions, including architecture, deployment, and operations.
• Experience with electronic access control, surveillance, biometrics, building management, and smart sensors.
• Knowledge of access control technologies like NFC, RFID, etc.
• Understanding of security architecture and implementation best practices.
• Experience with PSIM or PIAM solutions.
• Ability to analyze technical needs and security controls.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of security management frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
• Understanding of GDPR and other relevant regulations.
