We are looking for a Cyber and Digital Security Senior Specialist - Physical Security to be part of our IT Security and Compliance team.

The role

In this position, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining physical security products, platforms, and solutions designed to mitigate risks across the Nestlé Group to ensure that assets are adequately protected. Your duties include identifying, evaluating, and reporting information security risks in compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting the enterprise's risk posture. You will need strong technical skills in physical security technologies and a working knowledge of IT Security technologies. Proactively working with IT and business units, you will implement practices and technologies that meet defined policies and standards for information security.

What you’ll do

• Maintain a partnership with the global Physical Security team to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
• Provide expertise in relevant technologies, supporting architecture and deployment for Business Units.
• Contribute to the strategy and development of Physical Security solutions aligned with IT best practices and Nestlé standards.
• Ensure compliance of Physical Security solutions with relevant laws, regulations, and policies to minimize risk and audit findings.
• Evaluate business strategies to determine cybersecurity requirements, especially for Physical Security solutions offered as a service.
• Support the implementation of secure design principles following Nestlé policies, standards, and patterns.
• Monitor emerging technologies for potential enterprise use.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and guidelines, and oversee training and dissemination of security practices.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to implement, improve, and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, System Analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT roles related to Physical Security solutions, including architecture, deployment, and operations.
• Experience with electronic access control, surveillance systems, biometrics, building management, visitor management, and smart sensors.
• Knowledge of access control technologies like physical tokens, NFC, RFID.
• Understanding of security architecture best practices.
• Experience with PSIM or PIAM solutions.
• Ability to analyze needs and describe data flows and security controls.

Bonus Points if you:

• Know frameworks like ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT, NIST.
• Understand legal and regulatory requirements such as GDPR.
• Hold professional security certifications like CISSP, CISA, OSCP, GIAC.
