Our mission is to empower thousands of customers, helping them discover their full potential and succeed in their everyday lives.

With a growing presence across Europe and a team of over 600 people, we are proud to shape the future of fashion through innovation, creativity, and purpose.

We are looking for a Customs Coordinator to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Head of Transport, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant flow of goods across international borders by managing all customs-related activities.

What will be your challenge?
  • Customs documentation and processes: Manage all required customs clearance documentation for both incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring full compliance with local and international customs regulations, including tariff classifications, valuation, and duty calculations.
  • Continuous improvement & updating of customs processes: Regularly review and refine customs procedures to enhance efficiency. Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations, tax laws, and other relevant rules, ensuring that internal processes are updated to align with the latest requirements.
  • Analyze performance and optimize customs procedures: Evaluate customs clearance data and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure the adoption of the most suitable and cost-efficient customs procedures for each country, and develop strategies to strengthen the company’s overall customs clearance operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customs clearance activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while facilitating easy access for audits or reviews.
  • Collaborate with customs authorities and stakeholders: Work closely with customs authorities, agents, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders to resolve customs-related issues efficiently and ensure the smooth and timely clearance of goods.
  • Monitor and enhance operational performance: Proactively evaluate courier performance, recommend improvements to optimize service levels, monitor delivery times, return processes, and quality KPIs, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
What will make you succeed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in customs processes (import, export, classification).
  • Official title of customs representative is desirable.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in Office package and analytical skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with problem-solving focus.
  • Ability to interpret legal regulations and standards.
  • Proactive and independent work approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
What will we bring to you?
  • Possibility of remote work and flexible hours: We support work-life balance with flexible schedules.
  • Training Platform: Access to ongoing professional development to stay updated.
  • Flexible remuneration: Benefit platform offering tax advantages and discounts.
  • Discounts on Lookiero purchases for you, friends, and family.
  • Professional growth: Personal development plans to evolve within Lookiero.
  • Your impact will be tangible — and we empower you in the "how". As part of a startup, your voice, ideas, and work will clearly influence our business. You will be encouraged to share well-argued opinions and have the freedom to achieve pre-agreed OKRs.
  • We are one team: A culture of collaboration and support, with everyone ready to help you solve challenges and share good vibes.
