SiteMinder seeks a Customer Solutions Consultant to deliver technical assistance to internal and external customers. This entry-level role requires strong IT and customer service skills, with fluency in both Italian and English being essential. The consultant will build relationships, resolve issues, and ensure timely support aligned with customer needs.
