This role involves providing telephone and video interpreting for various sectors, including medical and legal, ensuring effective communication for non-English speakers. Successful candidates will need to be fluent in both English and Arabic, possess EU residency, and will have access to ongoing training and competitive rates.

Customer Support with Arabic (Interpreter)

Dals is currently seeking Arabic speakers to join our telephone / video interpreting service.

Who are we?

Dals is a language service provider working with Public and Private sector clients (e.g. local councils, universities, hospitals, charity organizations and international corporations) .

We help non-English speakers access essential services, such as medical care, by providing interpreters of over 512 languages and dialects.

You will provide accurate telephone / video interpreting for our clients and non or limited English speakers. This will allow them to communicate with each other and exchange important information. This is a highly rewarding opportunity; you will need to be able to think on your feet and deliver great linguistic skills.

This role is completely flexible - you can choose when and for how long you are available. You simply log into our telephone and video interpreting app.

As this is a freelance opportunity, you will be responsible for your own tax payments.

Any successful candidate must have the following :

• Right to work in your country of residence
• Security clearance (if you have one) if you don't we can assist with this
• EU residency
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• We will conduct a telephone language assessment
