Role Overview:

• Support the Dutch-speaking market alongside your team
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and sales teams
• Manage customer orders in Oracle (ERP), including receiving, monitoring, and processing
• Handle complaints and client requests primarily via email (CRM) and phone

Job Requirements:

• Native Dutch and fluent English (C1)
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills

• Dental experience is a plus; familiarity with CRM and ERP tools preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
