Role Overview:

  • Support the Dutch-speaking market alongside your team
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and sales teams
  • Manage customer orders in Oracle (ERP), including receiving, monitoring, and processing
  • Handle complaints and client requests primarily via email (CRM) and phone
