Salary: €21,500 / year + €1,500 sign-on bonus

Your Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls in German to close reservations – focus on sales + service.
• Assist customers with inquiries and booking-related needs.
• Maintain a guest-first, solution-oriented mindset at all times.

What You Bring :

• C2 level German + Advanced English

Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in hospitality / tourism.

Residency in Málaga or nearby.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Details :

Permanent contract (2-month probation).

• ⏰ 39 hours / week – rotating shifts Mon–Sun, between 09 : 00–20 : 00.

Gross salary: €21,500 / year ➕ €1,500 sign-on bonus

Paid on-site training included :

From Oct 20, 2025

Mon–Thu: 09 : 00–18 : 00 (split shift) | Fri: 09 : 00–16 : 00

Work Location :
